What we collect

When you book a demo: your name, your park’s name, your email address and, if you provide them, your phone number and your message.

To prevent abuse of the form, your IP address is kept in memory for one hour, then forgotten. Like any website, our servers also see your IP address in order to send you the pages.

Why

Only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to present Parkstile to you. This data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in replying to parks that contact us (Article 6 GDPR).

Who has access

The STALL Studio team. To work, the website relies on technical providers who do not use your data for their own purposes: OVHcloud (hosting, France), Cloudflare (website delivery and email reception) and Resend (sending your request by email). Some may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

How long

For the duration of our exchanges, then at most three years after our last contact. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies

None. The website uses no cookies, no audience measurement tool and no tracker, and its fonts are served from our own servers.

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, and ask for its restriction or portability: email us at [email protected].
